A para art subscription service for condominium residents called "PARA ART Subscription by studio FLAT" has been launched.

Mitsui Real Estate Residential Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tooru Kamura), in cooperation with the non-profit organization studioFLAT (Head office: Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Oodaira Satoru) has launched the PARA ART subscription service "PARA ART Subscription by studio FLAT”. The company will begin offering the subscription service exclusively to its residents of Kosugi Third Avenue The Residences in July 2021 (519 units; construction completed in 2020).
