Keiko Hamada
Editor-in-chief of Business Insider Japan. Former editor-in-chief of AERA. Joined Asahi Shimbun in 1989. Member of AERA editorial department since 1999. Appointed Deputy Editor-in-Chief of AERA since 2004. Subsequently, she became the first woman to become editor-in-chief of AERA.

Kana Bougaki
Co-founder and director of Makuake. Began working for Cyber Agent, Inc. after graduating from Doshisha University in 2006.
After working for Cyber Buzz, Inc. and two other game subsidiaries, participated in the launch of Makuake, Inc. as a co-founder and director. While working mainly as the person in charge of the curator department and as the person in charge of distribution route cooperation she focused on the expansion of “Makuake” through public relations promotions, distribution channel cooperation, lectures and cooperation with financial institutions in various local areas. She is also committed to regional revitalization through cooperation with local governments.

Sayuri Shibayama
CEO of WELLNEST HOME, Inc. After working as an elementary school music teacher, she retired after getting married and mothered two children. Founded WELLNEST, Inc. (formerly IMPACT, Inc.) in 2007. Operates seminars and develops human resources by making use of her teaching experience. Based on her own experience as a mother, her site "Mother's Understanding" — which has over 300,000 likes on Facebook — is supported by mothers nationwide and supports mothers who work hard 365 days a year.
She is also currently organizing real seminars. In November 2016, she became the representative director and CEO of WELLNEST HOME. In Japan, where the average lifespan of a house is short among developed countries, we will realize a healthy and more comfortable home for the next generation as mothers and as women.

Chizuru Azuma
Born and raised in Hiroshima. After working as a company employee, she entered the entertainment industry. After starting out in TV dramatic series she expanded into commercials, commentating, lecturing, and writing. In her private life she has been working for the Kotsuzui Bank (or Marrow Donor Program), the German International Peace Village, and Outsider Art (an art program for physically and or mentally challenged individuals) for over 20 years. In October 2011, she established "Get in touch" as the main chairperson. The aim of the institute is to create a "mixed and multi-rich society” which excludes no one.
